Notice is hereby given that the Twenty Eighth Annual General Body Meeting of members of Brahmana Seva Samiti will be held at 5.00 p.m. on Sunday the 13th September, 2026 at Annapuraneswari Auditorium (7th Floor), Vani Vidyalaya, JN Road, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080 to transact the following agenda:

  1. To read and confirm the minutes of the 27th AGM held on 7/9/25.
  2. President’s address.
  3. To receive, consider and adopt the report of the Managing Committee and audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year ended 31st March 2026 together with the Auditor’s Report.
  4. To appoint Statutory Auditors for the FY 2026-27 and fix their remuneration.
  5. To elect two internal Auditors for the year 2026-27.
  6. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
  7. Vote of thanks.

NB (a) If there is no quorum at the appointed time, the Meeting shall stand adjourned at 5.30 p.m. on the same day, at the same venue and same agenda of the Meeting shall be transacted. Members present at the adjourned time will be deemed as quorum.

(c) Books of Accounts for the year 26-27 would be available in the BSS office at the location cited above, for inspection by members on 05/09/26 (Saturday) and on 06/09/26 (Sunday) between 4 PM and 6 PM. (e) The digital copy of 28th Annual Report 25-26 is available on BSS website https://bssmulund.org. Parameswaran Mama has left for his heavenly abode on 16th September 2021. His life was an example of “SERVICE WITHOUT ANY EXPECTATIONS”. He served our community sincerely and many families in and around Mulund would always be remembering him and he will always remain in their hearts. Parameswaran mama will always be with us in spirit as we continue our service. May God grant moksha to the departed noble soul. OM SHANTI OM SHANTI

 
 
Brahmana Seva Samiti (BSS) Mulund is human network providing yeomen service of support to bereaved family in performing anthim samskar of the deceased soul
BSS Mulund has been servicing the Hindu Brahmin community by providing unique services to the bereaved family at the time of death of the member and to take care of all the procedures till cremation. BSS Voluntary services include but not limited to
  • Coordinate to obtain doctor certificate if required
  • Coordinate with crematorium and municipal authorities
  • Organise Ambulance
  • Organise Purohit

Above all extend moral support and strength to bereaving family.
